These terms govern your use of the Zitli website (zitli.ch) and, where applicable, the Zitli scheduling application (app.zitli.ch). By using our services you agree to these terms.

If you do not agree, do not use our services. Separate terms may apply to paid subscriptions in the application.

Zitli provides online appointment scheduling for professionals and teams. Features, availability, and pricing are described on this website and in the application.

We may update features from time to time. We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Application accounts are created at app.zitli.ch. You are responsible for keeping credentials confidential and for activity under your account.

You must provide accurate registration information and notify us promptly of unauthorised access.

You may not misuse the service: no unlawful content, spam, malware, attempts to breach security, or interference with other users.

You are responsible for content and client data you collect through your booking pages and must have a lawful basis to process it.

Paid plans, prices, and billing intervals are shown on our pricing page. Fees are quoted in CHF unless stated otherwise.

Subscriptions renew according to the billing period you select unless cancelled in accordance with application settings.

Zitli and its licensors own the service, website, branding, and software. These terms do not grant you ownership rights.

You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide the service.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" to the extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties not required by mandatory law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zitli is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits or data, except where liability cannot be excluded (including intent or gross negligence).

Our aggregate liability for any claim arising from these terms or the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these terms or if required for security or legal reasons.

Provisions that by nature should survive termination (e.g. liability limits, intellectual property) remain in effect.

We may amend these terms. We will publish updates on this page with a revised date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.

These terms are governed by Swiss law, excluding conflict-of-law rules.

Exclusive place of jurisdiction for disputes arising from these terms is Switzerland, subject to mandatory consumer protections that may apply in your country of residence.
