Referral program terms

Anyone with a Zitli account can take part.

Each account has a personal referral link: https://app.zitli.ch/signup?ref=<username>. You'll find it in Settings under “Recommend Zitli”.

Someone who signs up through your link and takes Zitli Pro gets 20% off: on the monthly plan, off each of the first 12 monthly invoices; on the yearly plan, off the first yearly invoice.

The discount is applied automatically at checkout.

It doesn't combine with other offers. If the “switch from Calendly” offer also applies, your friend gets whichever discount is worth more.

Only new customers who have never had a Zitli subscription qualify.

For each successful referral you get one month of Zitli Pro. We credit CHF 16 to your Zitli account balance and deduct it from your next invoice. On a Free account, it is deducted from your first Pro invoice.

The reward is account credit for Zitli Pro, not money. It is not paid out in cash.

We credit the reward 30 days after your friend's first paid invoice, provided their subscription is still active and the payment was not refunded or disputed.

You can get at most 12 rewards (12 months) per calendar year, counted in Swiss time.

You only get rewards for people you refer yourself, not for the referrals of your referrals. This is not a snowball or pyramid scheme.

Self-referrals don't count: when you and the person referred are the same person, or use the same email address (including “+” aliases) or the same payment card.

Sign-ups with disposable email addresses don't count.

Referrals your friend didn't pay for don't count.

We may void referrals and rewards in case of abuse.

The first referral link a visitor opens counts. We remember it for 30 days in a first-party cookie (zitli_signup_ref) that stores only the referrer's username.

You only see counts: how many people signed up, how many became Pro and how many months you received. You never see your friends' names or email addresses.

We link your friend's account to yours only to grant your reward.

We may change or end the program for the future. Rewards you have already earned stay yours.
